E em 2023, iniciamos a operação América do Sul, com nossa primeira sede no Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:•Liderar e desenvolver as áreas de Jurídico e Compliance, promovendo alinhamento estratégico, excelência técnica e integração com as áreas de negócio.•Atuar como principal ponto de contato com a matriz e demais subsidiárias internacionais para temas jurídicos, regulatórios e de governança.•Planejar e gerenciar o orçamento da área, garantindo eficiência na utilização de recursos e gestão adequada de assessorias jurídicas externas.•Supervisionar a elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos comerciais, societários e institucionais.•Gerenciar demandas consultivas e contenciosas nas áreas cível, trabalhista, regulatória e societária, assegurando suporte jurídico estratégico às áreas internas.•Coordenar o relacionamento com escritórios externos, garantindo qualidade técnica, controle de custos e alinhamento às políticas corporativas.•Elaborar pareceres jurídicos e recomendações estratégicas para suporte à tomada de decisão da alta liderança.•Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar políticas internas em conformidade com padrões globais e legislações aplicáveis.•Garantir a aplicação das melhores práticas de Compliance e Governança, incluindo temas relacionados a integridade, anticorrupção, antitruste, proteção de dados e ética corporativa.•Liderar iniciativas de compliance, incluindo auditorias internas, treinamentos e programas de conscientização.•Apoiar e supervisionar negociações sindicais e coletivas em parceria com a área de Recursos Humanos.•Monitorar riscos trabalhistas e orientar gestores quanto à legislação e boas práticas de relações trabalhistas.•Acompanhar o contencioso trabalhista estratégico e apoiar na definição de estratégias preventivas e corretivas.•Contribuir com análises jurídicas e institucionais para projetos estratégicos, operações corporativas e iniciativas de transformação organizacional.•Promover a integração entre as áreas Jurídica, Compliance e de Negócios, fortalecendo a atuação do departamento como parceiro estratégico da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Conhecimento em Legislação corporativa e regulatória Gestão de contratos e riscos legais – capacidade de revisar, aprovar e monitorar contratos, além de identificar e mitigar riscos jurídicos.Estrutura organizacional e governança – entendimento de processos internos, hierarquia corporativa e modelos de organização para suportar a eficiência operacional e a conformidade.•Liderança colaborativa e orientação para resultados;•Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica de negócios;•Comunicação clara, diplomática e intercultural;•Ética, sigilo profissional e postura de confiança;•Organização, proatividade e habilidade para atuar sob múltiplas demandas.• Formação em Direito.• Inglês avançado, mandatório.Superior em Direito com OAB AtivaDesejável: Pós-graduação / MBA em Direito Empresarial, Compliance, Governança Corporativa ou áreas correlatas será considerado diferencial;Informações adicionaisCondições:• Contratação CLT, no modelo híbrido, com presença necessária em nosso escritório no bairro do Jabaquara, São Paulo/SP, de 3 a 4 vezes por semana.Benefícios:• Vale Alimentação• Vale Refeição• Plano de Saúde Sulamerica• Plano Odontológico Sulamerica• Seguro de Vida• Auxílio Creche• Programa de Bem-Estar (Wellhub/Gympass, Conexa e Psicologia Viva)• Previdência Privada• PLR• Parceria para descontos em farmácias
