Responsável pela supervisão setores de pátio de caminhões, classificação e recebimento de milho, carregamentos de etanol. Visar agilidade nos processos e cumprimento das metas. Visar a excelência operacional dos setores. Ser agente do desenvolvimento dos demais colaboradores da área, dando apoio e capacitação, visando a padronização dos processos e qualidade das entregas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar o setor de pátio de caminhões, maximizando a utilização do pátio através de organização de filas e cumprimentos dos check lists para os diferentes produtos a serem carregados/descarregados;Supervisionar o setor de classificação de milho da indústria, assegurando que o processo atenda aos crítérios dos órgãos regulamentadores competentes, de maneira ágil e transparente;Supervisionar o setor de beneficiamento e armazenagem de milho, visando um recebimento de milho eficiente, a melhor convervação possível dessa matéria prima e o atendimento dos mínimos requisitos do processo de moenda;Supervisionar os processos de armazenagem e carregamento de óleo e etanol, visando uma armazenagem e carregamento eficiente que cumpra com os requisitos de qualidade dos órgãos regulamentadores;Buscar o desenvolvimento da sua equipe através de planos de desenvolvimento individuais;Propor soluções inovadoras que visem a melhorar a eficiência operacional dos processos;Buscar sinergias com as áreas correlatas para o bem comum da empresa;Executar as atividades da função respeitando todas as normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente do trabalho, estabelecidos pela organização, bem como, utilizar constantemente todos os EPIs de uso obrigatório no desenvolvimento das atividades do cargo e do setor. Tendo a responsabilidade de informar ao seu superior imediato qualquer atividade que apresente risco a sua saúde ou dos demais colegas de trabalho;Exercer as atividades em comum acordo com os valores, políticas, diretrizes, procedimentos e processos da empresa, sempre focando nas metas organizacionais, e mantendo sigilo e protegendo as informações da companhia;Manter a disciplina no programa 5S, objetivando um trabalho seguro por meio da manutenção da organização, padronização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho;Zelar pelas propriedades da empresa sob sua responsabilidade, informando ao superior imediato qualquer problema ou avaria detectada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Experiência.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Vale alimentação; Plano de saúde (Unimed); Plano odontológico; Vale transporte; PPR; Gympass; Refeição na empresa.
