A posição exige um profissional com forte capacidade de escuta ativa e visão arquitetural end-to-end, capaz de orquestrar ecossistemas digitais de alta escala, unindo microsserviços em .NET Core na Google Cloud Platform (GCP), apps Android nativos e a suíte Salesforce (Service, Data e Marketing Cloud), com foco em atendimento omnicanal e alta performance técnica aliada ao desenvolvimento contínuo de pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar tecnicamente squads multidisciplinares, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia, colaboração, escuta ativa, remoção de impedimentos e segurança psicológica no time;Atuar na definição, evolução e validação da arquitetura de soluções utilizando C#/.NET Core, microsserviços e arquitetura orientada a eventos, com foco em escalabilidade, performance, segurança e qualidade;Projetar e sustentar soluções distribuídas em Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizando serviços como GKE, Cloud Run e Pub/Sub;Atuar na integração entre soluções .NET/C# e o ecossistema Salesforce, apoiando arquiteturas que envolvam Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud e Marketing Cloud;Desenhar e sustentar integrações omnicanal, conectando Salesforce a backends .NET, APIs, microsserviços e aplicações mobile, garantindo confiabilidade e boa experiência do cliente;Consolidar e disponibilizar dados de clientes por meio do Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), possibilitando estratégias de engajamento e personalização em tempo real junto ao Marketing Cloud;Apoiar a adoção de soluções Low-Code/No-Code no Salesforce, avaliando oportunidades de ganho de produtividade e redução do time-to-market;Governar e apoiar processos de CI/CD e release do ecossistema Salesforce, utilizando ferramentas como Copado ou Flosum, garantindo rastreabilidade, qualidade, gestão de metadados e deployments entre ambientes;Definir e implementar estratégias de observabilidade ponta a ponta, utilizando Dynatrace ou ferramentas similares para monitoramento de aplicações, APIs, microsserviços e integrações;Conduzir mentorias técnicas, PDIs e conversas de desenvolvimento, estimulando o protagonismo, evolução técnica e crescimento dos profissionais de engenharia;Atuar como ponte entre negócio, produto e tecnologia, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções tecnicamente viáveis e sustentáveis;Participar e conduzir ritos de agilidade em escala (SAFe), incluindo PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt e demais cerimônias relacionadas;Atuar como principal referência técnica junto a stakeholders e clientes, participando de discovery, refinamentos, planejamentos e discussões de arquitetura;Garantir que as soluções estejam aderentes às boas práticas de segurança, compliance e regulamentações do setor financeiro, incluindo LGPD e requisitos aplicáveis do BACEN.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida como Tech Lead, Software Architect, Solution Architect ou posição equivalente em ambientes de alta complexidade e escala;Conhecimento avançado em C# e .NET Core, com experiência em desenvolvimento e arquitetura de microsserviços;Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços, APIs REST, Clean Code e arquitetura orientada a eventos (Event-Driven);Conhecimento em Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especialmente GKE, Cloud Run e Pub/Sub;Conhecimento prático do ecossistema Salesforce, especialmente Service Cloud, Data Cloud e Marketing Cloud;Experiência ou conhecimento em integrações entre Salesforce e soluções .NET/C#, APIs e microsserviços;Conhecimento em plataformas Low-Code/No-Code do Salesforce;Conhecimento de processos de DevOps e CI/CD para Salesforce, com ferramentas como Copado ou Flosum;Conhecimento em observabilidade, monitoramento, tracing, APM, logs e métricas, utilizando Dynatrace ou ferramentas similares;Experiência ou conhecimento em desenvolvimento Android nativo será considerado um diferencial;Vivência em projetos no setor bancário ou financeiro;Conhecimento ou experiência com SAFe Framework, incluindo PI Planning, System Demos e Inspect & Adapt;Excelente comunicação para interação com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio.
