Esta Vaga é exclusiva para Pessoas com Deficiência.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMaximizar os volumes de vendas;Realizar visitas semanais e diárias nos clientes da carteira, propondo vendas, apresentando novos produtos;Entender e aplicar os conceitos de rentabilidade de cada canal (por produto, cliente, região);Ser multiplicador das ações de Marketing da Empresa (tabloides, campanhas, promoções, palestras, eventos, etc.);Orientar e fazer cumprir a estratégia de resultados da operação Focomix (inadimplência, positivação de clientes, volume de vendas);Participar dos projetos estratégicos comerciais da operação Focomix sempre que for necessário;Contribuir para o cumprimento das metas / objetivos mensais;Participar dos encontros mensais para discussão e agendamento das necessidades da sua região (treinamento, reuniões regionais com clientes etc.);Contribuir na montagem das informações gerenciais sempre que necessário para definição da política comercial;Atuar como relações públicas, interna / externamente, sempre que for necessário, disseminando a imagem institucional da operação Focomix.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGRAU DE INSTRUÇÃO:· Ensino Médio Completo.COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS:· Conhecimento do Produto ou Serviço;· Técnicas de Vendas;· Compreensão do Mercado;· Comunicação Eficaz;· Negociação;· Resolução de Problemas;· Conhecimento de Ferramentas de Vendas;· Análise de Dados de Vendas;· Follow-up de Vendas.COMPETÊNCIAS ORGANIZACIONAIS:· Gestão de Rotas;· Registro e Acompanhamento de Vendas;· Logística e Estoques;· Uso de Ferramentas de Vendas;· Gestão de Contatos;· Acompanhamento Pós-Venda;· Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes;· Acompanhamento de Vendas.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Plano Médico (para titular e dependentes);Plano Odontológico (para titular e dependentes);Vale Refeição e Combustivel;Gympass;Day off (folga no dia do aniversário);Premiação sobre vendas;Incentivo de vendas nos 02 primeiros meses;Seguro de Vida;Licença Maternidade Estendida (180 dias).Observação:Trabalho de Segunda a Sexta – feira, conforme rota de atendimento da região contratada.
