Você será responsável por contribuir com a limpeza, higienização e organização dos utensílios e ambientes, garantindo que a equipe tenha tudo o que precisa para manter uma operação eficiente e de qualidade.

Se você gosta de trabalhar em equipe, tem disposição para atividades dinâmicas e entende a importância da organização e higiene no ambiente de cozinha, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar a lavagem e higienização de pratos, talheres, panelas, utensílios e equipamentos de cozinha.
  • Manter a área de lavagem sempre limpa e organizada.
  • Higienizar bancadas, pias, cubas, pisos e demais superfícies.
  • Organizar e armazenar corretamente os utensílios após a higienização.
  • Recolher e descartar os resíduos de maneira adequada, seguindo as normas de higiene e segurança.
  • Abastecer os setores com utensílios limpos, contribuindo para o bom andamento da operação.
  • Apoiar na limpeza e organização geral da cozinha.
  • Utilizar corretamente os EPIs e produtos de limpeza.
  • Seguir as normas de Boas Práticas de Manipulação e segurança alimentar.
  • Apoiar a equipe em outras atividades operacionais, conforme a necessidade.

O que buscamos:

  • Experiência anterior em cozinhas industriais, restaurantes ou atividades de limpeza será um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento básico de higiene e segurança alimentar.
  • Agilidade, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Comprometimento com a limpeza e conservação dos utensílios e ambientes.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com uma rotina dinâmica.
  • Responsabilidade, pontualidade e assiduidade.
  • Disposição para atividades que exigem esforço físico e permanência em pé.
