Essa pessoa terá um papel importante no controle das movimentações financeiras, na realização de transações e na conferência de valores, contribuindo para uma operação organizada, segura e eficiente.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar atendimento e prestar suporte aos clientes, garantindo uma experiência ágil e cordial.
  • Controlar as movimentações financeiras e operações dos clientes.
  • Efetuar pagamentos, recebimentos e transferências.
  • Realizar abertura, fechamento e conferência de caixa.
  • Operar os sistemas PokerWeb e Painel Rewards, realizando lançamentos, consultas e atualizações.
  • Conferir transações, valores e documentos, identificando possíveis divergências.
  • Utilizar planilhas em Excel para controles e acompanhamento de informações.
  • Seguir os procedimentos e normas internas, contribuindo para a segurança e confiabilidade das operações.
  • Comunicar inconsistências e situações fora do padrão aos responsáveis.

Pré-Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência anterior com operações de caixa ou atividades financeiras.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de caixa e ferramentas de gestão.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado.
  • Facilidade com cálculos, raciocínio lógico e análise de informações.
  • Atenção concentrada, organização e habilidade numérica.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Proatividade, dinamismo e responsabilidade.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar no período noturno e em escala flexível.

Será um diferencial

  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão financeira.
  • Inglês básico ou intermediário.
