ABOUT THE POSTION Maximize re-buy revenue and operational efficiency by managing post-sale execution, quoting, and upsell opportunities for existing accounts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Work as a key support resource for RSM and TM within a defined geographic region. • Support RSM/TM deals by building quotes and converting orders in a timely manner. • Manage small recurring orders from an existing regional book of business. • Work as part of a high-functioning sales team covering a broad region. • Prospect and ask probing questions within existing accounts to identify new business opportunities. • Refer new business opportunities to RSM/TM • Proactively trigger re-orders and identify upsell/cross-sell leads. • Provide real-time feedback to RSM/TM with account intel and usage data. • Triage account issues (Logistics/Finance/Tech Services) in a timely manner. • Coordinate with CSR team to facilitate RMA, Warranty, or Repair services. • Capture voice-of-customer insights for product development and marketing. • Maintain clean CRM data and drive process improvements. • Maintain ICRA certification for construction within healthcare environments. • Model Abatement’s values in all that you do and hold others accountable in maintaining the integrity of them. • Champion, influence, embrace and motivate change, with a strategic mindset for continuous improvement and scalability. • Commitment to Health and Safety, consistently following all policies/rules and procedures.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE • High school diploma required; 2+ years in account management/operations. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Must be able to interact effectively with other staff members, customers, vendors, suppliers, and affiliates.
