Buscamos um(a) profissional com forte base financeira e perfil generalista, para atuar de forma próxima à Diretoria na organização e acompanhamento da operação administrativo-financeira de uma clínica de pequeno porte.

É uma posição para quem gosta de ambiente dinâmico, tem autonomia para organizar a rotina, identifica problemas, propõe soluções e consegue transitar entre finanças, pessoas, atendimento e operação.

Mais do que executar rotinas, buscamos alguém que consiga olhar para os números, entender o negócio e transformar informações em ações práticas.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar e acompanhar as rotinas financeiras e administrativas da clínica;
  • Acompanhar fechamentos, faturamento, pagamentos, recebimentos e fluxo financeiro;
  • Conferir informações e resultados financeiros, identificando inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Fazer a interface e o acompanhamento do BPO financeiro e da contabilidade terceirizada;
  • Organizar informações financeiras e apoiar a Diretoria na análise dos resultados e na tomada de decisão;
  • Acompanhar indicadores e identificar desvios de faturamento, custos e resultados, propondo alternativas e ações corretivas;
  • Apoiar a operação na identificação de oportunidades para melhoria de resultados, experiência do cliente e eficiência dos processos;
  • Liderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe administrativa;
  • Acompanhar rotinas relacionadas a pessoas, fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e contratos;
  • Coordenar as demandas de facilities e garantir o adequado funcionamento da clínica;
  • Estruturar e aprimorar processos, controles, rotinas e responsabilidades da operação;
  • Organizar prioridades e atuar como principal ponto de referência para as demandas administrativo-financeiras da unidade;
  • Apoiar a Diretoria na resolução de problemas e no acompanhamento das ações definidas.
  • Formação superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência consistente na área financeira, com domínio de controles, fechamentos, pagamentos, recebimentos e acompanhamento de resultados;
  • Experiência com gestão ou acompanhamento de BPO financeiro, contabilidade ou outros parceiros externos;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipe;
  • Vivência em empresas de pequeno ou médio porte, preferencialmente em ambientes com estruturas mais enxutas;
  • Perfil generalista, com facilidade para transitar entre financeiro, administrativo, pessoas e operação;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia;
  • Organização e capacidade de estabelecer prioridades;
  • Perfil prático, proativo e resolutivo;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento com equipes, Diretoria, clientes, fornecedores e parceiros;
  • Capacidade de analisar problemas, propor caminhos e acompanhar a execução das soluções;
  • Visão de negócio e interesse em compreender como as diferentes áreas da operação impactam o resultado da empresa;
  • Excel e facilidade para utilização de sistemas de gestão. Será considerado diferencial: Experiência em clínicas, consultórios, saúde, estética, odontologia, serviços, home care ou outros negócios de pequeno e médio porte.
