Empresa de grande porte no segmento de varejo, com operação estruturada no Rio de Janeiro, busca profissional para liderar a gestão da logística da companhia.

A posição terá como principal desafio assegurar a performance da operação através da gestão da equipe, acompanhamento de processos e indicadores que possam garantir a excelência nos resultados.

Principais responsabilidades: - Liderar a operação logística e acompanhar de perto sua execução; - Gerenciar e desenvolver equipes operacionais e suas lideranças; - Acompanhar processos, indicadores e resultados da operação; - Garantir a execução das decisões e acordos definidos internamente; - Atuar na identificação e resolução de situações operacionais; - Acompanhar os resultados, processos e indicadores da operação; - Atuar como importante elo de interlocução entre a operação e as demais áreas da empresa; - Contribuir para a manutenção da estrutura e dos processos logísticos já estabelecidos. - Manter report de resultados para alta liderança, participar dos comitês e decisões estratégicas da área; - Garantir a atualização através da automação dos processos;

Buscamos:

Profissional com sólida experiência em gestão de operações logísticas, preferencialmente em empresas de varejo com operação de distribuição no Rio de Janeiro.

É importante ter experiência na gestão de equipes operacionais, acompanhamento de processos e indicadores e vivência com WMS.

Buscamos uma liderança madura, próxima da operação e das pessoas, com capacidade de tomar decisões, conduzir situações do dia a dia e transformar direcionamentos em execução.

  • Experiência sólida em gestão de operações logísticas;
  • Vivência em operações de médio/grande porte;
  • Experiência na gestão de equipes operacionais e lideranças;
  • Experiência com processos e indicadores de operação;
  • Conhecimento/experiência com WMS;
  • Perfil próximo da operação e com atuação hands-on;
