Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Produção e Obras para liderar a área de produção de uma incorporadora e construtora em forte fase de crescimento. Este(a) profissional terá papel central na implantação e padronização de processos, digitalização da gestão de obras e supervisão técnica e operacional dos canteiros, garantindo execução com qualidade, prazo e controle orçamentário.

O gerente responderá tecnica e hierarquicamente pela produção das obras, estruturando processos, equipes e sistemas, assegurando a execução conforme planejamento físico-financeiro, padrões técnicos e cultura de excelência da companhia.

Buscamos profissionais com forte experiência em empreendimentos verticais, com foco projetos residenciais. Vivência com o modelo Minha Casa Minha Vida, será um grande diferencial.

Para essa posição é necessário que o(a) profissional resida em São Paulo ou Rio de Janeiro e tenha disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos constantes, pois precisará acompanhar as obras sempre que necessário.

As principais responsabilidades são:

  • Estruturar, padronizar e atualizar procedimentos operacionais, fluxos e boas práticas de produção e engenharia;
  • Liderar a digitalização da gestão de obras, implantando sistemas de controle de planejamento, medições, custos, suprimentos e pagamentos, com foco em automação e confiabilidade dos dados;
  • Atuar de forma próxima aos canteiros, acompanhando execução, produtividade, qualidade técnica e aderência ao orçamento;
  • Garantir o cumprimento de cronogramas e impor o ritmo necessário para o avanço físico das obras;
  • Ser referência técnica para engenheiros residentes, planejamento, suprimentos e equipes de campo;
  • Estruturar, dimensionar, desenvolver e liderar a equipe de produção (engenharia, planejamento, suprimentos, qualidade e segurança);
  • Assegurar que construtoras terceirizadas cumpram normas técnicas, projetos, boas práticas e padrões definidos;
  • Planejar, acompanhar e controlar orçamento, cronograma, custos e medições de múltiplas obras simultâneas;
  • Atuar como elo direto entre obras e diretoria, realizando reportes claros, objetivos e frequentesAssumir, quando aplicável, a função de Responsável Técnico (RT/ART) pelas obras e pelo departamento.

Requisitos técnicos:

  • Formação em Engenharia Civil ou Engenharia de Produção;
  • Sólida experiência em obras de grande porte (40.000 m² ou mais);
  • Forte vivência com parede de concreto moldada in loco;
  • Experiência prévia como Gerente ou Diretor de Obras em construtoras residenciais de padrão médio ou econômico;
  • Vivência com planejamento físico-financeiro, controle de custos, medições e pagamentos;
  • Experiência com sistemas integrados de engenharia (ERP, plataformas de obra, BI — ex.: Sienge);
  • Capacidade comprovada de estruturação e gestão de equipes técnicas;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação fora da base.

  • Liderança forte, presença em campo e postura de referência técnica;
  • Perfil mão na massa, com visão estratégica e senso de dono;
  • Organização, planejamento e foco em resultado;
  • Capacidade de gestão de riscos e tomada de decisão;
  • Boa comunicação, influência e relacionamento interpessoal.
