Du bist Teil unseres größten Teams Client Delivery, welches die Aufgabe hat, unsere Kunden bei dem Erreichen der Ziele mehr Freizeit, mehr Mitarbeiter und mehr Gewinn optimal zu begleiten.

Als Kundensupport bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmern, Experten und Coaches. Du stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten zielgerichtet miteinander vernetzt sind und unsere Prozesse reibungslos ineinandergreifen.

  • Du übernimmst einen professionellen, ergebnisorientierten und exzellenten Kundensupport – per Mail, telefonisch sowie remote – im Rahmen technischer Implementierungen.
  • Du verantwortest das Einholen, Prüfen und strukturierte Aufbereiten von Zahlen, Dokumenten und Analyseunterlagen.
  • Du sorgst für klare Abläufe, vollständige Informationen und eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligten.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung unserer Prozesse ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und serviceorientiert.
  • Du behältst auch bei mehreren Themen den Überblick und denkst in klaren Prozessen.
  • Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und übernimmst Verantwortung an Schnittstellen.
  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (besonders Excel, keine Programmierungen und Makros) und idealerweise mit einem CRM-System vertraut.
