Wir suchen eine:n Account Manager:in mit Organisationstalent und Gespür für Menschen, die:der Projekte nicht nur verwaltet, sondern aktiv vorantreibt und dabei neue Tools selbstverständlich in den Arbeitsalltag integriert.

Ob du aus einer Agentur, einem Unternehmen oder einem digitalen Marketingumfeld kommst: Entscheidend ist für uns, wie du Projekte führst, Kund:innen berätst und Teams zusammenbringst.

Als Account Manager:in bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund:innen und unserem Team. Du begleitest digitale Kampagnen vom ersten Briefing bis zur finalen Auswertung, behältst Timings, Budgets und Deliverables im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Ideen erfolgreiche Projekte werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leadership und Koordination von Projektteams aus Creative, Strategie und MarTech
  • Steuerung von Timings, Budgets und Deliverables
  • Eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Beratung unserer Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe
  • Betreuung digitaler Marketingkampagnen vom Briefing bis zur Auswertung
  • Effektives und zuverlässiges Projektmanagement über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Einsatz von AI-Tools zur Optimierung von Abläufen, Abstimmungen und Reportings
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen

Dein Profil

  • 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Account Management oder Marketing
  • Teamplayer:in mit hohem Organisationstalent
  • Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und AI-Tools (z. B. Jira, Claude …)
  • Souveränes Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch wenn es mal schnell gehen muss
  • Neugier auf neue Tools und Lust, Prozesse weiterzudenken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
