Wir suchen eine:n Senior Account Manager:in mit Erfahrung, strategischem Weitblick und Führungsstärke, die:der Kundenbeziehungen langfristig prägt, Teams souverän leitet und neue Arbeitsweisen aktiv in unsere Agentur trägt.

Ob du aus einer Agentur, einem Unternehmen oder einem digitalen Marketingumfeld kommst: Entscheidend ist für uns, wie du Kund:innen strategisch berätst, komplexe Projekte zum Erfolg führst und Menschen weiterentwickelst.

Als Senior Account Manager:in verantwortest du eigenständig zentrale Kundenprojekte. Du entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen weiter, erkennst Potenziale frühzeitig und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass aus guten Ideen wirksame Kampagnen werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leadership von Projektteams aus Creative, Account Management und MarTech
  • Strategische Beratung unserer Kund:innen
  • Verantwortung für Timings, Budgets, Deliverables
  • Steuerung komplexer digitaler Kampagnen vom Briefing bis zur Auswertung
  • Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen und Mitwirkung im New Business Projekten
  • Coaching und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Trainee / Junior Account Manager:innen
  • Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von AI-Tools für effizientere Abläufe, Abstimmungen und Reportings
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Prozesse, Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen

Dein Profil

  • 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (Agentur, Digital Marketing, Media)
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams
  • Souveränes, überzeugendes Auftreten, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und andere weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und AI-Tools (z. B. Jira, Claude …)
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch unter Druck
  • Neugier auf neue Tools und Lust, Prozesse weiterzudenken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
