Generative AI verändert gerade grundlegend, wie Bewegtbild-Content entsteht und produziert wird. Wir suchen junge Creative Editor & AI Producer mit einem guten Gespür für Film, Editing und Content, die diese Entwicklung nicht nur spannend finden, sondern bereits selbst damit arbeiten.

Ob Editing, Motion, Film, Postproduktion oder neue AI-Workflows: Entscheidend ist für uns nicht, aus welcher klassischen Disziplin du kommst. Uns interessiert, was du im Bewegtbild kannst und was du mit AI und Kreativität daraus machst.

Als Trainee / Junior Creative Editor & AI Producer entwickelst du gemeinsam mit unserem Creative Team Bewegtbild-Content, Film- und Social-Formate und lernst, klassisches Editing und Produktion mit neuen generativen Möglichkeiten zu verbinden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei Bewegtbild-, Content- und Social-Media-Produktionen
  • Editing und Umsetzung von Film- und Contentformaten
  • Einsatz generativer AI-Tools in Bild- und Videoproduktionen
  • Experimentieren mit neuen Tools, Modellen und Produktionsworkflows
  • Unterstützung bei Motion, Sounddesign, Color Grading und Postproduktion
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Creation, Strategie, Account Management und Media
  • Mitarbeit an internen und externen Film- und Contentproduktionen
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer AI-Tools und Produktionsprozesse
  • Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Aufgaben und kleinerer Produktionen

Dein Profil

  • Studium/Ausbildung in Film, Editing, Mediengestaltung oder Postproduktion
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Editing und in der Umsetzung von Bewegtbild-Content
  • Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Editing- und Produktionstools
  • Du beschäftigst dich intensiv mit Generative AI
  • Interesse an AI-gestützter Produktion und neuen kreativen Workflows
  • Du kannst uns mit Arbeitsproben zeigen, was du mit AI und Kreativität machst
  • Gutes Gespür für Timing, Dramaturgie, Bildsprache und Musik
  • Hoher Anspruch an Gestaltung und handwerkliche Qualität
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
  • Eigeninitiative, Neugier und Lust auf schnelles Lernen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
