Gute Kommunikation entsteht dort, wo Strategie, Kreation und Kundenverständnis zusammenkommen. Gleichzeitig verändern AI-Tools und digitale Workflows gerade grundlegend, wie Projekte geplant, gesteuert und umgesetzt werden. Wir suchen eine:n Trainee im Account Management mit Organisationstalent, Neugier und Lust auf Agenturalltag, die:der von Anfang an mitanpacken und neue Tools selbstverständlich in die Arbeit einbinden möchte.

Ob du aus dem Marketing, der Kommunikation, BWL oder einem ganz anderen Bereich kommst: Entscheidend ist für uns nicht dein Studiengang, sondern wie du organisierst, kommunizierst und Dinge ins Rollen bringst.

Als Trainee im Account Management arbeitest du eng mit unseren Account Manager:innen zusammen. Du begleitest digitale Kampagnen vom Briefing bis zur Auswertung, bist nah an unseren Kund:innen und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung digitaler Marketingkampagnen vom Briefing bis zur Auswertung
  • Effektives und zuverlässiges Projektmanagement
  • Planung und Organisation von Content-Produktionen
  • Regelmäßige Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Reportings und Analysen
  • Eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Kundenberatung
  • Verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten im Team mit unseren Creative- und MarTech-Teams
  • Einsatz von AI-Tools zur Unterstützung von Abläufen, Abstimmungen und Reportings
  • Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Kund:innen und Projekte

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung, z. B. in Marketing, Kommunikation oder Wirtschaft
  • Erste Erfahrungen im digitalen Marketing und Projektmanagement, etwa durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendenjobs
  • Teamplayer:in mit hohem Organisationstalent
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und AI-Tools (z. B. Jira, Claude …)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
  • Lernbereitschaft, Offenheit und Motivation
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Austausch mit Kund:innen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
