HelloTalk 是面向全球用户的语言学习与跨文化社交平台，拥有 8000 万+全球用户。我们通过语言交流、内容分享和社区互动，帮助不同语言和文化背景的人建立连接，并持续探索 AI 在产品体验与业务发展中的应用。 我们期待有热情、有判断力、有主动性、拥抱 AI 的年轻人加入，参与全球化产品的建设，在真实业务中发挥自己的优势、拓展新的能力。 岗位职责 1. 面向真实用户和业务场景，开展用户研究、需求分析与竞品研究，明确需要解决的问题，输出产品方案、交互原型及验收标准。 2. 借助 AI Coding、模型 API 和应用开发工具快速搭建 Demo 或最小可用产品，验证需求、交互体验与技术可行性。 3. 参与应用功能、业务接口及模型能力的开发与集成，协同团队完成测试、部署与上线，推动方案从想法走向实际使用。 4. 结合用户反馈、使用数据和运行表现安排迭代，持续改善产品体验、应用质量与业务效果，沉淀可复用的工具和交付方法。

任职要求 1. 毕业后工作 1—2 年，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关理工科专业优先。 2. 具备技术理解力，了解软件开发、接口和数据处理的基本过程，能借助 Python、JavaScript／TypeScript 或 AI 编程工具完成简单应用搭建和功能验证。 3. 了解大模型及 Prompt、RAG、Agent 等基本概念，有使用 AI 工具制作原型或应用的实践，能够检查生成内容、调试功能并验证结果。 4. 对用户需求和体验敏感，能够解释需求依据与方案取舍，有主动沟通、持续跟进和对最终交付负责的意识。 5. 期待你在简历中附上 GitHub、在线应用、Demo 或原型，简述解决的问题、本人贡献、AI 的参与方式及验证结果。 加分项 - 有产品或研发实习、独立上线的应用、开源贡献，或从需求调研到用户使用的完整项目经历。 - 有语言学习、社交社区或 AI 应用相关实践；熟悉 HelloTalk。 你将参与面向全球用户的产品与应用建设，借助 AI 将想法转化为可使用的产品，在需求发现、方案设计、应用搭建和上线迭代中，逐步形成自己的产品判断与交付能力。
