HelloTalk 是面向全球用户的语言学习与跨文化社交平台，拥有 8000 万+全球用户。我们通过语言交流、内容分享和社区互动，帮助不同语言和文化背景的人建立连接，并持续探索 AI 在产品体验与业务发展中的应用。 我们期待有热情、有判断力、有主动性、拥抱 AI 的年轻人加入，参与全球化产品的建设，在真实业务中发挥自己的优势、拓展新的能力。 岗位职责 1. 围绕模型、算法与系统中的关键技术问题，根据业务需要和个人技术方向，参与 AI 能力、推荐算法或工程系统的研发与优化。 2. 参与社交匹配、内容推荐、内容理解等场景的模型与算法开发，开展数据处理、模型训练和效果评估，推动技术方案在真实业务中落地。 3. 参与模型推理、算法服务及相关系统的建设，定位并优化性能、资源消耗和稳定性问题，提高工程效率与运行质量。 4. 通过离线评测、线上实验、性能测试及运行监控验证改进效果，借助 AI 辅助技术研究、代码开发和问题排查，沉淀可复现的实验与工程实践。

任职要求 1. 毕业后工作 1—2 年，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关专业优先。 2. 具备扎实的编程与计算机基础，熟悉 Python、Go、C++、Java 等至少一门编程语言，掌握常见数据结构与算法。 3. 在机器学习、推荐算法、大模型或系统工程中至少一个方向有较深入的学习和项目实践，能够解释核心原理、实现过程及技术取舍。 4. 算法与模型方向需具备机器学习、深度学习基础，熟悉至少一种深度学习框架及模型训练、评估流程；系统工程方向需具备服务开发、性能分析或稳定性优化的实践基础。 5. 有 AI 辅助研发实践，能够独立阅读、调试和修改生成代码，通过实验、测试和运行数据核验结果，主动定位问题并持续推进解决。 6. 期待你在简历中附上 GitHub、论文、技术报告、实验记录或工程项目，简述本人贡献、关键技术问题及可验证的改进结果。 加分项 - 有推荐系统、自然语言处理、大模型评测与优化、推理服务或高性能系统相关项目、实习经历。 - 有高质量学术论文、开源贡献、程序设计或算法竞赛成果。 你将参与真实业务中的模型、算法与系统研发，在技术研究、实验验证和工程落地中深化专业能力，让技术改进转化为全球用户可感知的体验提升。
