任职要求 1. 毕业后工作 1—2 年，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关理工科专业优先。 2. 熟悉 Python、JavaScript 等至少一门语言，能够完成 API 调用、数据处理及简单应用开发。 3. 理解 Prompt、RAG、Agent 等基本原理，有搭建 AI 工具或自动化流程的实际经历。 4. 能把模糊需求拆解成可交付步骤，判断模型、规则和人工各自适合承担的工作，并设计验证方法。 5. 有沟通与推进能力，愿意持续处理部署、使用和维护中的具体问题。 6. 期待你在简历中附上 GitHub、Demo、工作流或项目文档，简述解决的问题、本人贡献及使用效果。 加分项 - 有系统集成、业务自动化或从需求调研到部署使用的完整项目经历。 你将深入业务现场，推动 AI 方案从原型走向实际使用，在完整交付中锻炼连接业务与技术的能力。
