任职要求 1. 毕业后工作 1—2 年，专业不限，在产品、开发、设计、内容或增长中至少有一项扎实能力。 2. 有自己发起并推进的项目，能够展示从发现问题、动手实现到获取反馈的实际过程。 3. 能将 AI 用于多个工作环节，合理组织上下文、工具与任务，并对最终交付进行检查和修正。 4. 有自主规划和执行能力，能在目标明确、路径尚不清晰时拆解任务、持续推进。 5. 对用户与商业有兴趣，愿意主动推广作品、接受反馈，并据此调整自己的想法。 6. 期待你在简历中附上 GitHub、个人网站、在线产品、内容账号或 Demo，简述本人贡献、AI 的参与方式及已有反馈。 加分项 - 有真实用户、持续使用、收入或其他可验证成果；有独立开发、创业、黑客松或开源经历。 你将有机会借助 AI 推进创新项目，参与产品搭建、用户获取与商业验证，探索个人能力可以延伸到哪里。
