岗位职责： 1.参与游戏剧情的落地，能够深入理解剧本内容，撰写需求文档并持续跟进，与美术、音频、系统、演出等岗位进行沟通协作，保障产品视听体验和细腻情感的落地。 2.参与世界观、角色设定及人物关系的搭建与完善，梳理剧情逻辑，保持人物言行、故事发展与背景设定的一致性。包括但不限于角色设定文档撰写、游戏世界观整理等。 3.根据剧本撰写角色、场景等美术需求，结合参考素材清晰表达角色气质、场景氛围与表现意图，与美术等岗位协作，推进内容落地。 4.参与系统、活动等内容的文案包装，配合完成文本校对、资源整理及其他文案相关辅助事务，保障项目研发管线的顺畅运行。 5.围绕项目需求分析相关游戏及叙事作品，积累题材资料、叙事方法与视觉参考，为内容创作提供支持。

岗位要求： 1.面向2027届在校生开放，本科及以上学历。能提前实习者优先考虑； 2.热爱女性向游戏，有较丰富的女性向游戏体验，对角色魅力、情感节奏及玩家代入感有自己的观察与理解。 3.具备跨领域的视觉审美积累，在影视构图、摄影光影、插画艺术等任一领域有持续观察习惯，能够将抽象文字描述转化为具备画面感的具象表达。 4.有一定的文字创作经验，具备清晰的文字表达能力，如有同人文（言情向、耽美向皆可）、短篇文案等过往作品，请随简历附上文本链接或样章。 5.具备良好的的执行力与学习敏锐度，逻辑清晰，能够准确接收需求反馈并快速迭代文档，适应敏捷开发的项目节奏。

加分项： 对近现代西方题材相关的历史、文学、艺术或服饰文化有持续兴趣与积累。
