岗位职责 1.结合游戏产品核心玩法与卖点，针对国内及海外目标用户群体，策划并输出广告创意方案，包括脚本撰写、分镜设计、文案包装及素材风格定义； 2.负责产品与竞品调研，分析市场、用户、触媒及竞品策略，结合渠道特性、产品卖点与用户画像，输出素材创意；监测数据效果，协同投放与美术团队迭代优化，对素材效果负责； 3.能独立跟进广告素材的全流程落地，把控剪辑、特效、音效及后期包装，具备进度管理和风险管控意识，确保素材按时按质交付。

工作要求 1.统招全日制本科学历，英语良好，海外留学经历优先，有1-3年游戏广告创意或制作经验； 2.熟悉国内海外互联网文化，对网络热点、趋势、流行、文化有高敏感度和理解力； 3.熟悉素材制作流程，具备视频剪辑能力，拥有UE4/UE5素材制作经验优先； 4.了解市面上的主流AI视频、图像生成工具，可以使用AI工具制作视频和图片素材； 5.热爱游戏，有丰富的游戏经历，对国内、海外游戏行业与不同品类游戏产品有较多了解。
