1. 对产品的用户体验提出量化标准，协助项目组不断提升用户体验；

2. 评估产品的用户体验/交互设计，发现问题并提出解决方案；

3. 从玩家需求、使用习惯、情感体验等维度进行测试与研究，为产品设计提供专业的建议；

4. 能够梳理有效的交互研发流程与玩家体验设计方法，并总结成具有分享价值的文档。

职位要求：

1. 三年以上游戏交互设计经验，有过完整项目经验，对交互设计有深入理解实践；

2. 具备较强的原型制作、动效设计能力，精通Photoshop、Sketch、Axure、AE等；

3. 强逻辑思维，善于沟通&倾听，能够对用户的行为有敏锐的洞察和客观准确的分析；

4. 知识面广、观察力敏锐，对各类新鲜事物有强烈兴趣并乐于实践；

5. 资深游戏玩家，热爱游戏，平时对游戏体验有深入思考，喜爱沙盒、生存、FPS类游戏优先。
