1、负责游戏整体音频体验设计，制定项目音频风格基调（包括音乐、音效、语音等方向），并推动执行落地； 2、主导角色技能、战斗反馈、UI交互、场景氛围、系统事件等模块的音效设计规范，并协同程序接入测试； 3、根据系统玩法、商业化活动和剧情演出需求，设计具表现力与风格一致性的音频方案； 4、与美术、策划、剧情、交互、动画等多个岗位协作，确保音效在项目整体体验中发挥应有作用； 5、负责外包音频团队对接与管理，包括音效外包发包、验收、剪辑整合等工作； 6、对项目版本进行音频品质把控，持续优化内容，提升玩家沉浸感和体验流畅度

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏音频策划或音效设计相关经验，完整参与至少1款上线项目音频设计工作； 2、具备系统化的音频审美能力，对写实/末世背景世界观的音效把控有判断与掌控力； 3、熟悉游戏常见系统（如战斗、技能、交互反馈、成长系统等）中的音效使用场景，具备清晰的模块化音频设计能力； 4、熟练掌握音频编辑软件（如Audition、Reaper、Cubase、Wwise、FMOD等）及版本协作工具； 5、具备良好的沟通与跨职能协作能力，能配合各岗位推动音频高质量落地； 6、对游戏用户体验敏感，理解声音在反馈节奏、引导感知与氛围营造中的关键作用； 7、有一定音乐/配乐基础或对接经验者优先，有商业化活动、剧情演出音频经验者优先。
