岗位职责： 1. 负责游戏中次世代场景、道具、武器制作。 2.根据原画需求制作场景模型、UV以及贴图烘培贴图、制作AO法线贴图等。 3. 熟练制作3A级别PBR材质，拥有基本引擎经验 4. 能够按照公司美术部门制作规范和制作流程规范化进行工作。 5. 配合部门负责人、策划、程序等相关人员进行场景修改与调试。 6. 有能力解决工作中遇到材质贴图等问题，进行技术攻关。 7. 在任务执行的过程中，遇到困难，需要及时向需求部门或者直属领导汇报。 8. 将交办的任务在规定的时间节点内，主动提交部门领导审核。 9. 负责美术与策划技术沟通，并配合程序实现所需要效果，学习能力强，提供优化方案，提高美术质量。

任职资格： 1、本科以上学历，艺术类院校相关专业，有美术背景。 3、3年以上3A场景模型制作经验，载具、武器、道具、次世代场景等。 4、熟练使用Maya、PL、SpeedTree、SP、SD等软件。 5、3年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，有移动端&PC端工作经验优先。 5、工作认真严谨有责任心，有非常强的学习能力。 7、思路清晰，有较强的沟通协调能力，能承受较强的工作压力，有很强的团队合作精神。 8、有移动端、PC端工作经验，熟练使用Unity3D引擎，Unity3D引擎美术资源优化经验者优先。
