1、负责手游游戏产品的版本测试工作，涵盖功能测试、玩法测试、数值测试、剧情测试、适配兼容性测试、体验测试及回归测试，全面把控游戏版本质量； 2、全程参与游戏项目需求评审、玩法方案评审、版本排期会议，深入理解游戏剧情、核心玩法、氪金体系、活动机制、角色数值等内容，提前识别需求漏洞、逻辑冲突、玩法不合理等问题； 3、根据游戏策划文档、美术设计方案、版本迭代需求，独立编写详细、全覆盖的测试用例，梳理测试要点，搭建测试用例库，针对新玩法、新活动、新版本迭代完成专项测试； 4、负责测试环境搭建、测试账号、游戏道具、数值数据等测试数据准备，精准测试游戏各类功能模块，及时发现游戏BUG、数值异常、卡顿闪退、UI错位、剧情断层、适配异常等问题； 5、熟练使用缺陷管理工具提交BUG，清晰描述问题复现步骤、现象、机型版本等信息，精准定位问题，持续跟进程序、策划、美术问题修复进度，完成修复验证、闭环复盘； 6、负责游戏版本上线前全量验收、灰度测试及上线后线上巡检，监控线上版本稳定性，及时跟进玩家反馈的问题，快速排查线上异常问题并协助复盘优化； 7、重点负责游戏“战斗数值体系”专项测试，涵盖角色攻防、血量、暴击、闪避、攻速、技能伤害、护盾、穿透、抗性等基础战斗数值，以及buff/debuff效果、技能联动、连招伤害、克制关系、装备战力加成、等级差值收益等深层战斗逻辑校验，严格核对数值公式运算准确性，排查数值溢出、失效、叠加异常、结算错误等问题，把控战斗平衡性、合理性与稳定性； 8、整理迭代测试记录，输出版本测试报告、问题总结报告，持续优化测试流程，沉淀游戏测试经验，提升测试效率与产品品质。

1、3年及以上游戏测试相关工作经验，热爱游戏、熟悉各类游戏品类； 2、具备优秀的游戏敏感度和细节观察力，可精准发现游戏卡顿、闪退、BUG、数值失衡、逻辑漏洞、体验违和等各类问题，擅长深挖隐性问题； 能够独立完成测试用例设计、测试执行、缺陷提交与跟进、测试报告输出，熟练使用禅道、Jira等主流缺陷管理工具； 3、掌握基础SQL语句，可独立查询、核对游戏后台数据、玩家数据、道具数值、充值数据，完成数据校验与问题排查；了解基础测试环境搭建； 4、熟悉主流手机机型、系统版本，可完成多机型、多分辨率游戏适配测试，兼容测试，能快速排查适配、画面、帧率相关问题； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题定位和复盘总结能力，对游戏品质有高标准，擅长梳理复杂玩法逻辑，快速理解全新游戏机制； 6、工作细致耐心、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能适配游戏项目迭代节奏，抗压能力良好； 7、具备扎实的数值逻辑理解能力，有丰富的游戏战斗数值测试实操经验； 8、有Unity/UE游戏引擎基础、会使用Fiddler、Charles抓包工具、有游戏自动化测试、性能测试经验者优先； 9、了解当下前沿AI技术在测试中的应用者优先。
