1、根据游戏世界观、剧情设定及玩法验证需求，独立完成游戏内关卡整体结构的设计；2、参与游戏活动玩法设计，并针对活动玩法设计相应具体的活动关卡；3、根据游戏玩法的验证定位及验证目标，完成战斗中怪物、Boss的特性设计，使其能达到验证目的；4、完善游戏中不同怪物的AI、技能和表现力设计和制作，并规范怪物特性及怪物资产；5、持续测试并从数值及用户体验的层面综合考量，对关卡进行优化调整；6、负责整个副本关卡的制作流程跟进，通过和美术程序的有效沟通，实现对关卡制作进度的把控，保障按期完成。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏关卡策划从业经历，有完整从零到一完成关卡设计经验；2、游戏涉猎广泛，深入了解关卡玩法机制，对关卡玩法设计有自己独特的分析和见解； 3、至少有一款完整上线手游项目经历， 能够独立完成游戏关卡的设计和制作跟进，有卡牌、RPG等重度项目关卡设计经验优先；4、熟悉Unity开发环境，了解程序、美术的工作方式和内容，能够独立进行关卡搭建；5、具有良好的设计能力和创新能力，具有想象力和创造力，逻辑思维能力强。6、对RPG类游戏的BOSS机制设计有所涉猎、沉淀和总结。
