Wir suchen einen Controller, der Abschluss- und Finanzprozesse strukturiert begleitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und zur Qualität und Verlässlichkeit unserer Zahlen beiträgt.

Wofür Du in dieser Rolle verantwortlich bist: Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Leiter Finanzen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Zahlen aus ERP-Systemen, Vorsystemen, Auswertungssystemen und der Finanzbuchhaltung sauber, einheitlich und nachvollziehbar aufbereitet sind. Du erkennst Abweichungen frühzeitig, analysierst sie strukturiert und bereitest die notwendigen Maßnahmen vor. Damit bist Du ein zentraler Ansprechpartner im Hintergrund, der Struktur, Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit in den Abschlussprozess bringt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss
  • Abstimmung und Plausibilisierung von Daten aus ERP-Systemen, Vorsystemen, Auswertungssystemen und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Checklisten, Abweichungsmatrizen und Kontrollen
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen
  • Identifikation von Schwachstellen in Finanz- und Berichtsprozessen und Ableitung von Verbesserungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Berichts-, Planungs- und Budgetprozessen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Audit oder Compliance
  • Sicheres Verständnis von Abschlusslogik, Abgrenzungen und Periodisierung
  • Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulationen; Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, auch im internationalen Umfeld
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
