Funciones y Actividades principales:

 Realizar de manera autónoma y cualificada las funciones de control y supervisión de su área de

responsabilidad.

 Cumplimiento de las tareas marcadas en el check-list diario.

 Organizar y coordinar a todo el personal de su área, optimizando los recursos humanos y materiales que el hotel proporciona.

 Asegurar la buena imagen y excelencia de trato al cliente de su equipo.

 Atender las quejas y sugerencias de los clientes y colaboradores.

 Recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y bebidas.

 Atender personalmente aquellas mesas que por su categoría o importancia así lo requieran.

 Dirigir la venta de aquellos productos que más interesan al hotel.

 Velar por el buen uso y funcionamiento de los procedimientos operativos de su departamento.

 Supervisar el estado de limpieza de todos los puntos de venta y los equipos de trabajo.

 Informar a mantenimiento de desperfectos del área y coordinar aquellos trabajos que pudieran afectar a la operativa diaria.

 Controlar los inventarios de alimentos, bebidas y material.

 Supervisar montajes y servicios.

 Controlar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de calidad establecidos.

 Controlar que la facturación esté correctamente cargada en sistema.

 Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa de APPCC y cumplir con los protocolos establecidos de seguridad, higiene y protección medioambiental.

Perfil requerido

Titulación:

 Técnico Superior en Restauración, FPII Hostelería y/o Turismo

Conocimientos específicos:

 Valorable alto conocimiento de inglés (comprensión y diálogo); deseable otros idiomas (alemán y francés)

 Buen manejo del TPV

 Conocimientos a nivel usuario del paquete office.

 Conocimientos técnicos relacionados con el puesto: protocolo, enología, gestión de costes, servicio de alto nivel, decoración, etc.

Competencias:

 Vocación de servicio.

 Orientación al cliente.

 Liderazgo de equipos.

 Trabajo en equipo.

Experiencia:

 Deberá aportar una experiencia consolidada en el desarrollo de funciones similares preferiblemente en hoteles de 4 o 5* (mínimo 2 años).
