¿Quieres iniciar tu carrera en el mundo de la hostelería de lujo y aprender de profesionales con experiencia internacional? En Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid buscamos estudiantes apasionados por el servicio al cliente para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Food & Beverage y vivir una experiencia formativa única en uno de los hoteles de referencia de la capital.

Durante tus prácticas participarás en la operativa diaria de nuestros restaurantes, bares, eventos y servicios de banquetes, desarrollando competencias clave en atención al cliente, servicio gastronómico y excelencia hotelera.

¿Qué aprenderás?

  • Apoyar en el servicio de alimentos y bebidas en restaurantes, bares y eventos.
  • Preparar y organizar los diferentes puntos de servicio antes de cada turno.
  • Atender a los huéspedes siguiendo los estándares de calidad y hospitalidad de Hyatt.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Cocina, Banquetes y Eventos para garantizar una experiencia excelente.
  • Realizar el montaje y desmontaje de mesas, buffets y espacios para eventos.
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre la oferta gastronómica y de bebidas.
  • Gestionar pedidos y dar soporte en el servicio durante desayunos, comidas, cenas y eventos especiales.
  • Conocer de primera mano la operativa de un hotel internacional de lujo.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiantes de Turismo, Dirección Hotelera, Restauración, Gastronomía o titulaciones relacionadas.
  • Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con universidad o centro de formación.
  • Vocación de servicio y pasión por la hospitalidad.
  • Actitud positiva, proactividad y ganas de aprender.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en restauración, eventos o atención al cliente.
