En Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, buscamos un/a Subdirector/a de Hotel apasionado/a por la excelencia en el servicio, la gestión operativa y el liderazgo de equipos de alto rendimiento. Esta posición representa una oportunidad única para formar parte de un resort cinco estrellas de referencia internacional, contribuyendo al éxito de una experiencia de lujo inolvidable para nuestros huéspedes.

Como segundo/a responsable del hotel, trabajarás estrechamente con la Dirección General para garantizar la excelencia operativa, la rentabilidad del negocio y los más altos estándares de calidad, servicio y satisfacción del cliente.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Apoyar a la Dirección General en la gestión integral del hotel y en la ejecución de la estrategia operativa.
  • Supervisar y coordinar las diferentes áreas operativas: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Experience, Mantenimiento y otros departamentos clave.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, servicio y marca.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y motivar equipos multidisciplinares, fomentando una cultura basada en la excelencia y la mejora continua.
  • Analizar indicadores operativos y financieros para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
  • Impulsar la satisfacción y fidelización de huéspedes a través de experiencias excepcionales.
  • Gestionar incidencias de alto nivel y actuar como punto de referencia en la toma de decisiones operativas.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad, sostenibilidad y prevención de riesgos.
  • Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos, planes de acción y objetivos de negocio.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Titulación universitaria en Turismo, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Hospitality Management o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia previa en posiciones de Dirección o Subdirección de Hotel, preferiblemente en establecimientos de lujo o resorts vacacionales.
  • Amplio conocimiento de la operativa hotelera y enfoque orientado a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación e influencia.
  • Capacidad para gestionar entornos dinámicos y tomar decisiones estratégicas.
  • Orientación al huésped y pasión por ofrecer experiencias memorables.
  • Nivel alto de inglés imprescindible. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión hotelera y análisis de indicadores.
