Forma parte de uno de los hoteles de referencia para el segmento corporativo y de eventos en Barcelona. En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower trabajarás en un entorno internacional, dinámico y orientado a la excelencia en el servicio. Como principales funciones destacan:

· Asiste a todos los huéspedes y visitantes del hotel en la entrada, dándoles la bienvenida.

· Orienta y acompaña a los huéspedes hasta la recepción del hotel, les desea feliz estancia y les presenta al equipo de recepción.

· Atiende las quejas y sugerencias de los clientes. Registra y da curso con el departamento correspondiente a todas las quejas. Garantiza la resolución de cada queja dándole seguimiento hasta cerrarla.

· Planea con creatividad y eficiencia momentos WOW (factor sorpresa que hace vivir experiencias Hyatt Regency a los huéspedes) tanto para huéspedes con quejas como para huéspedes satisfechos.

· Escucha cuidadosamente para entender todas las solicitudes de los huéspedes y proporciona información precisa. Registra y da curso con el departamento correspondiente a todas las solicitudes. Garantiza la respuesta a cada solicitud dándole seguimiento hasta cerrarla.

· Coordina con el servicio de botones los servicios de entrega y recogida de equipajes a todos los huéspedes (atención especial de grupos) garantizando la identificación de cada equipaje y la verificación de identidades.

· Proporciona a los huéspedes información de los servicios del hotel e información de carácter turístico de la ciudad, etc.

· Realiza reservas solicitadas por clientes a restaurantes, museos, atracciones turísticas, etc. y compras de billetes de transporte o espectáculos.

· Vela por la buena imagen de la entrada del hotel y lobby, así como de los carros de equipaje, papeleras, ceniceros de la terraza.

· Recoge los paquetes de mensajeros, correo y otros envíos que puedan llegar al hotel registrándolos en el registro creado al efecto.

· Uso de uniformidad y presencia adecuados en todo momento.

Aptitudes:

· Se requiere formación universitaria en Turismo, idealmente complementado con formación de postgrado en Gestión y Dirección de Hotel.

· Conocimientos en gestión de quejas, gestión de equipos.

· Es imprescindible que aporte conocimientos en herramientas informáticas (Office, Opera).

· Se requiere una experiencia de alrededor de 1 año en alguna actividad turística, 6 meses en puesto similar, valorable 6 meses en atención al cliente.

· Imprescindible nivel alto del idioma inglés, valorable francés y/o alemán.

Requisitos del perfil

• Deseable conocimiento de inglés (comprensión y diálogo)

• Deberá aportar una experiencia consolidada en el desarrollo de funciones similares en edificios de funcionamiento ininterrumpido (Hoteles, hospitales, etc.).
