🌟 Auxiliar de Recepción – Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa

En Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa, buscamos un/a Auxiliar de Recepción apasionado/a por la hospitalidad, con alto nivel de inglés y experiencia previa en hoteles de categoría similar.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás una pieza clave en la experiencia del cliente, asegurando una atención personalizada, profesional y alineada con los estándares de lujo de la marca.

🛎️ Responsabilidades principales:

  • Dar la bienvenida y acompañar a los huéspedes durante su llegada y salida del hotel. Trasladar a los huéspedes del hotel a los restaurantes de la compañía en el interior del resort.
  • Asistir con el equipaje y proporcionar información general sobre las instalaciones y servicios del establecimiento.
  • Apoyar al departamento de recepción en tareas operativas y de atención al cliente.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de los huéspedes, garantizando una experiencia excelente durante su estancia.
  • Coordinarse con otros departamentos para asegurar un servicio eficiente y de calidad.
  • Mantener el orden y la correcta presentación de las áreas de acceso y recepción.

✅ Buscamos:

  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, hostelería o puestos similares (se valorará experiencia como botones, auxiliar de recepción o atención al huésped).
  • Nivel de inglés alto para la comunicación con huéspedes internacionales. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
  • Actitud proactiva, vocación de servicio y excelente trato al cliente.
  • Buena presencia, habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Capacidad para desempeñar tareas físicas relacionadas con la asistencia de equipajes.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.
