¿Quieres dar tus primeros pasos en Recursos Humanos dentro de una compañía líder del sector hospitality?

En Hesperia World buscamos incorporar un/a HR Administration Intern que quiera desarrollar su carrera en el área de Administración de Personal, participando en los principales procesos de gestión de personas de una compañía hotelera con presencia nacional e internacional. Nuestra misión se centra en la excelencia en la gestión y el desarrollo de las personas.

¿Cómo será tu experiencia?

Formarás parte del equipo corporativo de Recursos Humanos, colaborando en la gestión administrativa de empleados y becarios de nuestros hoteles y oficinas centrales, adquiriendo una visión integral de los procesos de RRHH.

¿Qué aprenderás?

✅ Gestión de documentación laboral y expedientes de personal.

✅ Soporte en procesos de incorporación y onboarding.

✅ Apoyo en la elaboración y gestión de contratos y documentación administrativa.

✅ Actualización y mantenimiento de bases de datos de empleados.

✅ Seguimiento de ausencias, vacaciones y movimientos de personal.

✅ Atención y soporte a empleados en consultas administrativas.

✅ Participación en proyectos de mejora y digitalización de procesos de RRHH.

¿Qué buscamos?

🎓 Estudiante de Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, ADE, Derecho o similar.

📄 Posibilidad de formalizar convenio de prácticas.

💻 Buen manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.

🌍 Valorable nivel de inglés.

✨ Persona organizada, metódica, resolutiva y con atención al detalle.

🤝 Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender.
