Desde Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa estamos buscando cocineros/as y jefe/a partida con experiencia.

Funciones:

Las propias de un cocinero/a, tales como: preparación, aderezo y presentación de platos utilizando las técnicas más idóneas. Colaborar en los pedidos y conservación de materias primas y productos de uso en la cocina. Preparar, cocinar y presentar los productos de uso culinario. Colaborar en el montaje, servicio y desmontaje de bufetes. Colaborar en la planificación de menús y cartas. Colaborar en la gestión de costes e inventarios. Controlar y cuidar de la conservación y aprovechamiento de los productos puestos a su disposición.

Cumplir los estándares establecidos en cocina. Y para Jefe/a de partida: las mismas del cocinero/a, y además: realizar de manera cualificada las funciones de control y supervisión del servicio que le sea asignado. Participar en el control de aprovisionamientos, conservación y almacenamiento de mercancías. Colaborar en la instrucción del personal a su cargo. Elaboración de menús.

Requisitos

Tener experiencia y ganas de trabajar en cocina en el hotel Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa.

Curso - certificación de escuela de cocina.

Carnet de manipulador de alimentos

Experiencia mínima de 2 años
