Forma parte de uno de los hoteles de referencia para el segmento corporativo y de eventos en Barcelona. En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower trabajarás en un entorno internacional, dinámico y orientado a la excelencia en el servicio. Si te motiva el ritmo urbano, los grandes retos operativos y el trabajo en equipo, aquí podrás desarrollar una carrera sólida dentro de la hospitalidad de alto nivel.

Actualmente estamos buscando ampliar nuestro equipo de cocina, liderado por el chef Juanjo Martínez.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

· Elaboración de platos

· Ayuda en preparaciones y desempeño de un pase

· Organizar el material, producto y el servicio

· Cumplir las normas de higiene y seguridad

· Colaborar en la creación de platos, menús y cartas

· Mantener una buena higiene, tanto personal como en el puesto de trabajo

Aptitudes:

· Estudios finalizados en escuela de cocina (3 años).

· Experiencia demostrable en puesto similar

· Experiencia en hoteles de 4* y 5* y/o restaurante gastronómico

· Persona creativa, autónoma en el desempeño del trabajo, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y con iniciativa para aportar nuevas ideas para mejorar la calidad del restaurante.
