En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, buscamos un/a Estudiante en Prácticas de Sala para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Restauración y vivir una experiencia formativa en uno de los hoteles de referencia de Barcelona.

Trabajarás junto a profesionales del sector, participando en la operativa diaria de nuestros restaurantes, bares y eventos, adquiriendo una visión práctica del servicio de alimentos y bebidas en un entorno internacional.

¿Qué aprenderás?

  • Preparación y montaje de salas, restaurantes y eventos.
  • Atención y servicio a clientes siguiendo los estándares de calidad de Hyatt.
  • Toma de comandas y seguimiento del servicio.
  • Apoyo en el servicio de desayunos, almuerzos, cenas y eventos.
  • Gestión y reposición de materiales necesarios para la operativa.
  • Conocimiento de protocolos de servicio y experiencia de cliente en hoteles de 5 estrellas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiantes de Turismo, Hostelería, Dirección Hotelera o formación relacionada.
  • Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con centro educativo o universidad.
  • Interés por desarrollar una carrera en el área de Food & Beverage.
  • Orientación al cliente, actitud proactiva y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Nivel de inglés valorable.
