Forma parte de uno de los hoteles de referencia para el segmento corporativo y de eventos en Barcelona. En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower trabajarás en un entorno internacional, dinámico y orientado a la excelencia en el servicio. La misión del puesto se concreta en apoyar al departamento de controlling con el control presupuestario del hotel. Como principales funciones destacan:

· Control y análisis de costes operativos (especial foco en F&B, eventos y compras generales).

· Seguimiento de desviaciones vs presupuesto (Budget vs Actual).

· Elaboración de informes periódicos (mensuales y ad hoc) con análisis de variaciones.

· Control de consumos, inventarios y mermas.

· Revisión de precios de compra y validación de facturas vs pedidos.

· Mantenimiento y actualización de bases de datos de compras y costes.

· Coordinación con departamentos operativos (cocina, eventos, mantenimiento, housekeeping).

· Control administrativo del ciclo de compras (pedidos, albaranes, facturación).

· Soporte en auditorías internas y externas.

· Identificación de oportunidades de ahorro y mejora de procesos.

· Apoyo al departamento de compras cuando se requiera.

Aptitudes:

· Se requiere formación universitaria en administración y dirección de empresa o similares. Valorable experiencia en hotelería.

· Es imprescindible una experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar, en departamento de controlling o departamento de compras
