En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower buscamos un/a Becario/a de Recepción (Front Office) para unirte a nuestro equipo de Front Office. Aprende y desarrolla tus habilidades en un entorno dinámico, ofreciendo un servicio excepcional a nuestros huéspedes.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes, realizar check-ins y check-outs siguiendo los estándares de calidad del hotel.
  • Gestionar solicitudes y consultas de los clientes, asegurando su satisfacción en todo momento.
  • Asistir en la gestión y actualización de reservas en el sistema de gestión hotelera (PMS).
  • Apoyar en la resolución de incidencias y garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar una experiencia fluida y memorable para los huéspedes.
  • Realizar tareas administrativas relacionadas con la recepción, como la gestión de correspondencia y reportes diarios

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Turismo, Gestión Hotelera o áreas relacionadas.
  • Nivel avanzado de español e inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados).
  • Habilidades de comunicación, atención al detalle y orientación al cliente.
  • Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de gestión hotelera y herramientas informáticas como Excel.
  • Actitud positiva, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
