Como Jefe/a de sector, tendrás la misión de liderar y supervisar al equipo de camareros/as del rango al cual se asigne, garantizando que los clientes disfruten de una experiencia gastronómica excepcional.

• Cumplir con las normas y estándares en materia de calidad, medioambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales existentes en la empresa y colaborar con el hotel en su cumplimiento y mejora continua. • APPCC: Realizar supervisión, seguimiento y control de normas APPCC y cumplimentar los registros vigentes. • Participar en el desarrollo, elaboración y presentación de la oferta gastronómica de su partida. • Montar todo tipo de servicios comercializados por el hotel y apoyar las actividades del servicio. • Colaborar en la gestión de costes e inventarios. • Cuidar y mantener el material del hotel en buen estado. • Cumplir con las normas y estándares en materia de calidad, medioambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales existentes en la empresa y colaborar con el hotel en su cumplimiento y mejora continua. • Supervisar el trabajo del equipo de su rango. • Atender las posibles peticiones e incidencias de los clientes y traspasarlas a su responsable para un correcto seguimiento de las mismas. • Realizar un servicio correcto y profesional en todo momento. • Controlar, y supervisar su sector de responsabilidad. • Colaborar en recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y bebidas. • Realizar trabajos a la vista de clientes (flambear, cortar, trinchar, etcétera) (si procede, según tipología de hotel). • Facturación y cobro al cliente. • Cierres de puntos de venta y arqueos de caja.

Requisitos mínimos: - Formación : Técnico en Restaurante & Bar Conocimientos de idiomas: Castellano y nociones de ingles avanzadas. Experiencia: 6 meses. Otros conocimientos deseables: - APPCC - Servicios de Restaurante & Bar
