Buscamos un/a MAÎTRE para nuestro HOTEL HESPERIA BILBAO ubicado en Vizcaya.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Gestionar el área de restauración del hotel (desayunos, eventos y bar), asegurando un servicio excelente y la satisfacción del cliente.

• Organizar y coordinar a todo el personal del área de F&B optimizando los recursos humanos y materiales que el Hotel proporciona.

• Confeccionar los turnos y horarios del personal a su cargo, informando de las altas, bajas, ausencias, etc.

• Asegurar la buena imagen y excelencia de trato al cliente de su equipo.

• Seleccionar, formar y evaluar a todo el personal del Departamento.

• Controlar el servicio y atención al cliente de los camareros/as bajo su responsabilidad durante cada servicio (desayuno, eventos, bar) o en otro tipo de eventos que el hotel pudiera organizar, marcando el ritmo de trabajo y supervisando el mismo.

• Realizar briefings previos a cada servicio con la plantilla,

• Implementar check lists de revisión de procedimientos y supervisar su correcta ejecución.

• Supervisar la facturación diaria de los puntos de venta, controlar los consumos, y efectuando el arqueo o cuadre de caja de los puntos de venta.

• Atender las quejas y sugerencias de los clientes y colaboradores

• Controlar el inventario de productos y materiales, identificando a partir del stock existente y de los consumos previstos en base a la ocupación, las necesidades y realizando las solicitudes necesarias al departamento de Economato.

• Promover las compras de nuevos materiales que mejoren la imagen del hotel y sus servicios.

• Informar a la Dirección de los nuevos productos implantados en el área, en concreto sobre la aceptación de los mismos.

• Velar por el buen uso y funcionamiento de los procedimientos operativos de su departamento.

• Asegurarse que se cumplen los estándares de servicio.

• Difundir las normas de calidad y animar a su personal a su cumplimiento.

• Cumplir y velar por que el equipo a su cargo cumpla toda la normativa relativa a APPCC y estándares de calidad marcados por el hotel.

• Cumplimiento de los compromisos de sostenibilidad marcados por el hotel: reciclado, consumos energéticos, etc.

¿Qué necesitas para el puesto? • Grado Medio o Superior en Hostelería.

• Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años como maître en hotel similar

• Imprescindible dominio del inglés.

• Líder en orientación al cliente, gestión de equipos y orientación a objetivos.

• Control del aprovisionamiento de materias primas y gestión de almacenes.

• Planificación y dirección de servicios en restauración.

• Conocimientos de informática

• Conocimientos técnicos relacionados con el puesto: protocolo y gestión de costes.
