Funciones y Actividades principales:

 Realizar de manera cualificada y responsable, con conocimientos y capacidad suficiente los trabajos

específicos de profesiones de mantenimiento o auxiliares a la actividad de hostelería.

 Llevar a cabo las pruebas necesarias para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro y eficaz de las instalaciones.

 Instalar y mantener los dispositivos específicos de protección de personas y bienes.

 Cuidar y efectuar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y maquinarias.

 Colaborar con los servicios externos de instalación y mantenimiento si fuera preciso.

 Atender los partes diarios que se reporten en el Hotel, relacionados con incidencias, posibles quejas,

peticiones de clientes y de otros departamentos.

 Realizar los planes de mantenimiento establecidos por el responsable del departamento.

Perfil requerido

 Formación Académica:

o Formación FP II en electricidad, frío industrial, mecánico naval.

 Conocimientos de idiomas:

o Conocimiento básico de inglés

 Experiencia:

o Experiencia en servicio de mantenimiento o servicios técnicos (12 meses).

o Experiencia en puesto similar en hoteles de 4* y 5* (6 meses).

 Conocimientos informáticos:

o Conocimientos básicos de ofimática.

 Otros conocimientos deseables:

o Estar familiarizado con salas de máquinas de producción de ACS, Climatización, etc. Conocimientos en

fontanería, frío industrial, calefacción, climatización. Debe conocer el manejo de las herramientas

específicas de trabajo. Se valorarán conocimientos en mantenimiento de piscinas e instalaciones

deportivas.
