¿Te gustaría desarrollar tu carrera en el área de compras y logística en un hotel de lujo? En Hyatt Regency Tower Barcelona, buscamos un/a Becario/a de Compras y Suministro que combine actividades físicas en el almacén con tareas administrativas, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Realizar la recepción y verificación de mercancías, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y cantidad requeridos.
  • Apoyar en la organización, clasificación y almacenamiento de productos, garantizando un control eficiente del inventario.
  • Colaborar en el procesamiento de órdenes de compra, desde la creación hasta la confirmación con proveedores.
  • Gestionar documentación asociada a las compras, como facturas, albaranes y reportes.
  • Participar en la elaboración de informes periódicos sobre el estado de inventarios y necesidades de suministro.
  • Apoyar en la identificación y resolución de discrepancias entre los pedidos y las entregas recibidas.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con proveedores y otros departamentos del hotel para garantizar un flujo de suministros eficiente.
  • Posibilidad de desarrollar un proyecto personal centrado en la reducción de costes.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante de CFGS o recién graduado/a en Logística, Turismo o áreas relacionadas.
  • Nivel avanzado de español (otros idiomas serán valorados).
  • Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Excel y sistemas de gestión (ERP o PMS preferidos).
  • Capacidad física para realizar actividades de carga y descarga de productos ligeros.
  • Actitud proactiva, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.
