En Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, exclusivo resort de lujo adults only perteneciente a Hyatt, buscamos incorporar un/a Recepcionista de Spa para formar parte de un equipo comprometido con la excelencia y la creación de experiencias únicas para nuestros huéspedes.

Trabajarás en uno de los resorts más prestigiosos de Canarias, rodeado de un entorno privilegiado y con oportunidades reales de crecimiento profesional dentro de una compañía internacional.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Atención al cliente y experiencia de huésped

  • Recibir, informar y asistir a los clientes del spa durante toda su experiencia.
  • Gestionar reservas de tratamientos, masajes y servicios de bienestar.
  • Controlar el acceso a las instalaciones y circuitos de spa.
  • Gestionar consultas, solicitudes e incidencias garantizando una atención excelente.
  • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente antes, durante y después de su visita.

Gestión comercial y ventas

  • Promocionar tratamientos, experiencias wellness y productos del spa.
  • Detectar oportunidades de upselling y venta complementaria.
  • Informar sobre promociones, servicios y novedades del centro.

Gestión administrativa

  • Realizar cobros y cierre de caja.
  • Actualizar fichas de clientes y registros internos.
  • Controlar el stock de productos y materiales de recepción.
  • Coordinar incidencias y necesidades operativas con el equipo de Spa.

Supervisión de instalaciones

  • Velar por el correcto estado de las instalaciones, vestuarios y gimnasio.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad e higiene.
  • Colaborar en las aperturas y cierres diarios del centro.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa en recepción, atención al cliente, wellness, hoteles o centros spa.
  • Nivel de inglés que permita atender a clientes internacionales.
  • Orientación al cliente y excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
  • Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.
  • Valorable experiencia en venta de servicios o productos.
