Funciones

• Presencia constante en front office y atención a clientes. • Alcanzar los objetivos de satisfacción de clientes • Revisar cierre nocturno y listados diarios • Resolución de problemas; tratamiento y resolución de quejas de clientes. • Control de Grupos y facturación. • Revisar la facturación diaria. • Controlar el fondo de caja y arqueos. • Supervisar la asignación de habitaciones. • Seguimiento y resolución de quejas. • Revisar las reservas de las llegadas del día. • Proporcionar información sobre todos los servicios, tarifas y horarios del hotel. • Aplicar la política upselling y crosseling

Requisitos mínimos - Formación: - Turismo y/o Dirección de Hoteles. Conocimientos de idiomas: - Conocimientos de castellano, inglés y alemán (deseable francés, italiano) Experiencia: - 2 años en posición similar en Hotel de misma categoría. Conocimientos informáticos : - Conocimientos en ofimática (Paquete Office). PMS AVALON Otros conocimientos : - Experiencia dilatada en el Departamento de Recepción. - Conocimiento de los estándares de calidad y procedimientos de hoteles de 5* Especialidad: - No requerido
