Resumen del puesto

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento para incorporarse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones del establecimiento, realizando tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, así como la atención de incidencias que puedan surgir en las diferentes áreas del hotel.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Organización y operativa del departamento

  • Planificar las tareas prioritarias del turno en coordinación con el jefe de mantenimiento o el director del hotel.
  • Organizar y mantener ordenados el taller, las herramientas y las zonas de almacenamiento técnico.
  • Colaborar en la logística para la preparación de salas de eventos, congresos o espacios exteriores cuando el hotel lo requiere.

Control de material y stock

  • Revisar periódicamente el inventario de repuestos habituales (lámparas, pilas, filtros, elementos de fontanería) para evitar desabastecimientos.
  • Registrar el material utilizado en cada intervención para llevar un control del consumo diario.
  • Comunicar al responsable las necesidades de compra de nuevas herramientas o materiales específicos.

Mantenimiento preventivo

  • Ejecutar rondas de revisión periódicas en las instalaciones para detectar desperfectos antes de que se conviertan en fallos graves.
  • Limpiar filtros de climatización, comprobar el correcto cierre de puertas de emergencia y revisar el estado general del mobiliario y los acabados del hotel.

Liderazgo

  • Guiar y apoyar a los operarios o personal externo en las intervenciones donde se requiera más de una persona.
  • Tomar el mando operativo del turno cuando el jefe de mantenimiento no se encuentra en el establecimiento, coordinando las prioridades ante urgencias imprevistas.
  • Transmitir instrucciones claras al personal de otros departamentos (como recepción o pisos) sobre el estado de las reparaciones o el tiempo estimado de resolución.

Iniciativa

  • Anticiparse a los problemas mediante rondas de inspección visual voluntarias
  • Proponer mejoras en los procedimientos de trabajo del hotel o en el mantenimiento preventivo para evitar que se repitan las mismas averías.
  • Buscar y sugerir soluciones más eficientes o duraderas para los elementos que sufren un desgaste constante en el edificio.

Requisitos del perfil

• Formación Legionella (valorable)

• Deberá aportar una experiencia consolidada en el desarrollo de funciones similares en edificios de funcionamiento ininterrumpido (Hoteles, hospitales, etc.).

• Deseables conocimientos eléctricos (pequeñas reparaciones)
