Funciones principales

Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones del hotel Diagnóstico y resolución de averías eléctricas, mecánicas y de fontanería Control del correcto funcionamiento de equipos (climatización, piscinas, instalaciones generales) Apoyo en trabajos de mantenimiento general: pintura, carpintería, pequeñas reparaciones Cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad del hotel Coordinación con otros departamentos para garantizar el buen estado de las instalaciones

Requisitos

Formación profesional en Mantenimiento, Electricidad, Electromecánica o similar Experiencia previa en mantenimiento hotelero o industrial (valorable sector hospitality) Conocimientos en electricidad, fontanería y/o climatización Perfil resolutivo, proactivo y responsable Capacidad de trabajo en equipo

Se valorará

Experiencia previa en hoteles o resorts Conocimientos en sistemas de piscinas y tratamiento de aguas Flexibilidad horaria
