En Hesperia World buscamos un/a HR Generalist que quiera formar parte de una compañía hotelera en constante evolución, contribuyendo al desarrollo de nuestros equipos y apoyando la gestión integral de Recursos Humanos en un entorno dinámico, cercano y orientado a la excelencia.

Serás una figura clave para conectar talento, negocio y cultura, colaborando con equipos corporativos y hoteles de referencia a nivel nacional.

Principales responsabilidades

✅ Preparación y revisión de documentación laboral y administrativa.

✅ Soporte en procesos de nómina e incidencias de personal.

✅ Gestión administrativa de personal en colaboración con nómina y laboral.

✅ Apoyo en planes de formación, desarrollo y evaluación del desempeño.

✅ Interlocución con gestores laborales, organismos oficiales y equipos internos.

✅ Apoyo a los departamentos de RRHH de los hoteles en cuestiones de administración de personal.

✅ Mantenimiento y actualización de bases de datos, expedientes y sistemas de RRHH.

✅ Asesoramiento a managers y empleados en cuestiones de gestión de personas.

✅ Participación en proyectos de mejora continua, digitalización y experiencia empleado.

¿Qué buscamos?

✔ Formación universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, ADE o similar.

✔ Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en posiciones generalistas de RRHH.

✔ Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

✔ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente interno.

✔ Valorable experiencia en el sector hospitality, turismo o servicios.
