Buscamos un/a TECNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO para nuestros APARTAMENTOS HESPERIA BRISTOL PLAYA ubicado en Fuerteventura.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Actuación sobre el Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo de los procesos productivos y servicios técnicos polivalentes en un hotel: mecánica, fontanería, aire acondicionado, pintura, instalaciones eléctricas y comunicaciones; siguiendo los procedimientos marcados por el jefe del departamento y la Cadena

• Asegurar que las instalaciones del hotel cumplan con los estándares de calidad esperados por los huéspedes

• Atender y resolver rápidamente cualquier queja o problema relacionado con el mantenimiento

• Seguir y actuar sobre el plan de mantenimiento anual para el Hotel, así como las políticas y procedimientos del hotel referidas al departamento

• Gestión de incidencias y partes de trabajo en operativa.

• Seguimiento y cumplimiento de plan anual de prestaciones en materia de riesgos laborales

¿Qué necesitas para el puesto?

• Grado medio o formación en Mantenimiento Industrial o similar.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar, preferiblemente en hoteles. También se valorará experiencia en Centros Hospitalarios, Centros Comerciales u otro tipo de edificios e instalaciones.

• Conocimientos de fontanería, electricidad, pintura, etc.

• Deseable conocimiento básicos de inglés o francés

• Conocimientos a nivel de usuario de Ofimática

• Persona organizada y responsable

• Capacidad de adaptación a nuevas metodologías de trabajo

• Visión de servicio

• Capacidad de análisis de información

• Capacidad de Trabajo en Equipo
