Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente:

Importante empresa de manufactura industrial está en búsqueda de un Chief Financial Officer con el objetivo de liderar la profesionalización de la función financiera del grupo, fortalecer el control y la rentabilidad de sus operaciones y desarrollar los procesos, sistemas y equipos necesarios para acompañar el crecimiento del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Profesionalización financiera y contable: estructurar la función financiera del grupo, coordinar recursos internos y asesores externos, y establecer procesos de cierre mensual que aseguren estados financieros confiables y oportunos. 
  • Control de costos y rentabilidad: implementar mecanismos de costeo industrial y medición de márgenes por proyecto y operación, analizar desvíos e identificar oportunidades de ahorro y eficiencia. 
  • Planificación financiera y liquidez: liderar presupuestos y proyecciones de flujo de caja, anticipar necesidades de capital de trabajo y evaluar alternativas de financiamiento, contemplando anticipos de clientes y cobros por hitos. 
  • Gestión financiera entre compañías: establecer procesos de control para transacciones y órdenes de compra entre entidades, evaluar necesidades de capitalización y asegurar la coordinación financiera de las operaciones internacionales. 
  • Procesos, sistemas y equipo: impulsar la implementación del sistema de gestión empresarial, definir controles internos y responsabilidades, y construir progresivamente el equipo financiero con una participación directa en la ejecución. 
  • Acompañamiento al negocio y reporting: desarrollar información financiera y gerencial para la dirección, trabajar con las áreas industriales, comerciales y de ingeniería, y aportar análisis para decisiones de inversión, crecimiento y mejora de rentabilidad.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o disciplinas afines. MBA valorado, no excluyente.
  • Trayectoria sólida en finanzas de empresas manufactureras o industriales, con experiencia en control financiero, contabilidad, reporting y costos.
  • Experiencia en profesionalización de procesos y estructuras financieras en entornos de crecimiento.
  • Conocimiento de rentabilidad por proyecto, flujo de caja, capital de trabajo, presupuestación y financiamiento bancario.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples entidades y coordinar equipos internos, proveedores contables y asesores externos.
  • Experiencia en implementación o mejora de sistemas de gestión y controles internos.
  • Se valora experiencia en empresas familiares y operaciones internacionales.
  • Inglés avanzado o bilingüe, con capacidad para interactuar con equipos y asesores internacionales.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes y contacto directo con las operaciones industriales.
