Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente:

Compañía de la industria de la movilidad con amplia trayectoria y fuerte presencia en el mercado, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Gerente Canal de Venta Directa.

Se trata de una posición estratégica y de reciente creación, orientada al desarrollo, expansión y profesionalización, actualmente en una etapa clave de consolidación. El principal desafío será potenciar la rentabilidad del canal de venta directa, transformándolo en una unidad de negocio relevante y sostenible.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar integralmente el canal de venta directa a través de sucursales propias en zona norte (actuales y proyectadas).
  • Impulsar la rentabilidad y la eficiencia operativa de cada punto de venta, con foco en resultados y rentabilidad por metro cuadrado.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar acuerdos comerciales con actores clave (bancos, entidades financieras y socios estratégicos).
  • Definir, implementar y monitorear estándares de gestión, procesos comerciales y KPIs de desempeño.
  • Coordinar, desarrollar y motivar un equipo, con foco en resultados y mejora continua.
  • Asegurar una presencia activa en los locales, liderando el canal desde el terreno y acompañando su crecimiento.

Requisitos

  • Profesional graduado/a de carreras afines.
  • Experiencia previa liderando unidades de negocio, sucursales o canales de venta en retail, concesionarias, terminales automotrices o rubros afines (no excluyente la industria).
  • Marcado perfil comercial, con fuerte visión de negocio, orientación a resultados y foco en rentabilidad.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos, gestión de acuerdos comerciales y trabajo por objetivos.
  • Alta autonomía, capacidad de ejecución y adaptabilidad en entornos en evolución y expansión.
